The Naroshmi Theatre Company and the International Civil Rights Center & Museum have teamed up to bring audiences a broader spectrum of high quality theatrical entertainment! Naroshmi Theatre Company is Greensboro NC’s premier African American professional theatre company. Naroshmi (pronounced nah-roh-sh-mee) was launched in February 2009. Our main goal is to provide a theatrical experience to the world by producing and staging original shows by our Founder and Producing Artistic Director, Nathan Alston as well as developing, showcasing, and producing original works by other aspiring artists. The Naroshmi Theatre Company is the new face of Nathan Alston Productions and offers nothing less but the best in Professional Talent. We introduce ourselves as a new kind of theatre company.
We Create & Produce our own shows, we are the Publisher & Copyright holder of our own works (scripts & music), & we work with local studios in Recording,Mastering, & Producing our own music & commentary (for Cds, etc). We take much pride in our productions and performers.
